Mr Dominic Davenport was pleased to serve on the Advisory Board for the Annual London Orthopaedic Meeting, helping to shape the scientific programme for one of the UK's leading educational events in orthopaedic surgery.
Held at the Chicago Booth London Conference Centre, the meeting brought together consultant orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists and other musculoskeletal healthcare professionals for two days of expert lectures, case discussions and updates on the latest developments across orthopaedics.
As a member of the Advisory Board, Dominic worked alongside a panel of respected orthopaedic surgeons to develop a programme that reflected current best practice, emerging evidence and the challenges facing modern orthopaedic care. The meeting covered a broad range of specialist topics, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of knowledge across multiple orthopaedic subspecialties.
Alongside his clinical practice as a consultant hip and knee surgeon, Dominic has a longstanding interest in education and professional development. Supporting national meetings such as this allows him to contribute to the advancement of orthopaedic surgery while continually refining his own practice through discussion with leading experts from around the UK.
This commitment to education, collaboration and evidence-based practice ultimately benefits his patients, ensuring they receive specialist care informed by the latest research, techniques and innovations in hip and knee surgery.
